Control mechanisms

The Academic Committee of the Doctoral Program (CAPD) holds regular meetings to monitor information related to the development of the program, the evolution of PhD students and their results. Among the information analyzed and authorized is:

  1. Assignment of tutors and thesis directors.
  2. Evaluation of the research plan and the activity document of each doctoral student.
  3. Authorize extensions of the duration of doctoral studies.
  4. Authorize research stays to be considered for the international mention of the doctor's degree.
  5. Issue authorization report for the start of the process for the presentation and public presentation of the doctoral thesis.
