Several reasons:

• The URL included Internet Protocol is not accepted by MemoWeb. MemoWeb 98 only accepts the following protocols : http:, file: & ftp:

For FTP, make sure to have activated the capture of the FTP in the folder Capture | Properties | Options.

• The protocol seems to be correct - for example : http:// - but the communication port is not valid - for example: http://www.goto.fr:8000/index.html.
